Use Skill Hub LMS messaging and scheduled class links. Do not share personal addresses, private social accounts, passwords, security codes or financial credentials with learners.
Professional boundaries
Keep communication relevant to learning, use respectful language and avoid private or inappropriate contact. For under-18 learners, use the platform’s parent and safeguarding workflows where applicable.
Payments and account security
Do not request payment outside Skill Hub LMS or ask learners for card details. Keep your availability and profile accurate, review account activity and report any sign-in or payout concern promptly.
Classes, media and records
Teach from an appropriate setting, protect information visible on screen and use recordings only for their authorized purpose. Do not download, copy or publish learner information outside the platform.
Report and document concerns
Use the in-platform reporting tools or the contact form. Preserve relevant platform records and do not conduct your own investigation where a learner’s safety may be involved.
