Bookings and attendance
Honor confirmed bookings, arrive prepared and on time, record attendance accurately and use the platform’s rescheduling and cancellation processes.
Learner welfare and communication
Maintain professional boundaries, protect learner information, keep learning communication on Skill Hub LMS and report safeguarding concerns promptly.
Payments, student-price markup and payouts
Do not request off-platform payment. Teachers/instructors set their intended base earning and Skill Hub LMS may add an approved service markup to create the student-facing price. The applicable markup and referral terms are disclosed in the teacher/instructor dashboard. Eligible base earnings remain subject to refunds and reversals. There is no minimum withdrawal amount. Cleared one-to-one earnings become withdrawable 15 days after class completion; monthly tuition uses a 40-day clearance period. Course earnings become withdrawable 10 days after the course is completed, provided there is no active refund or reversal.
