Parent and guardian oversight
Where a learner is under 18, an authorized parent or guardian should supervise account use and keep linked-account details current. Parents should never need the learner’s password to use approved oversight features.
Safe communication
Keep class-related messages on Skill Hub LMS. Do not request or share home addresses, private social-media accounts or unnecessary personal contact details. Teachers must maintain professional boundaries at all times.
Live classes and recordings
Join classes from an appropriate environment and avoid showing private documents or sensitive information on camera. Recordings are not public and access is controlled. Never copy or share a child’s image, voice or class recording without authorization.
Report a concern
Use the reporting tools or the safeguarding contact route. Provide enough detail for an authorized reviewer to assess the concern. Reports are handled according to urgency and access is restricted.
Immediate danger
Skill Hub LMS is not an emergency service. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency service first, then notify Skill Hub LMS so platform access and records can be reviewed.
