Cancellation windows for scheduled classes
24 hours or more before the scheduled start: 100% refund of the eligible class charge. 12 to 24 hours before the start: 50% refund. Less than 12 hours before the start: the class charge is normally non-refundable. The cancellation time recorded by Skill Hub LMS is used to determine the applicable window.
Teacher or Skill Hub LMS cancellations
If a teacher or Skill Hub LMS cancels a confirmed class, the affected class is eligible for a 100% refund unless you accept a rescheduled class, replacement teacher or other agreed alternative. A teacher no-show is reviewed in the same way once attendance records are checked.
Rescheduling a class
Where rescheduling is available, changing a class time does not itself create a cash refund. If a rescheduled class is later cancelled, refund eligibility is assessed against the confirmed class time and the platform record. Repeated or abusive rescheduling may be reviewed to protect both learners and teachers.
Learner no-shows and late arrival
A learner who does not attend a confirmed class, or arrives too late for the class to be reasonably delivered, is normally not eligible for a refund. If you could not join because of a verified Skill Hub LMS platform issue, report the problem promptly so technical and attendance records can be reviewed.
Monthly tuition, packages and courses
Monthly tuition, packages and fixed-duration courses can contain multiple classes or learning components. Any product-specific terms displayed before checkout apply alongside this policy. Classes already completed, attended or consumed are normally non-refundable. Where only part of an eligible package is cancelled, any approved refund is limited to the refundable unused portion.
Failed, duplicate or incorrect payments
An unsuccessful or expired payment does not create a confirmed booking. If Skill Hub LMS records show that the same purchase was charged more than once, or a charge was captured for an expired transaction without a valid booking, the duplicate or incorrect captured amount is eligible for review and, where confirmed, refund.
Promotions, credits and fees
Refunds cannot exceed the amount actually paid for the eligible item. Promotional discounts, coupons or non-cash credits do not create a cash refund value unless stated otherwise. Any non-refundable third-party charge will be shown or handled only where permitted by applicable rules and the payment provider.
How to request a refund review
Use the refund option available in your dashboard or the contact form. Include the booking or payment reference and a short explanation. Skill Hub LMS may review booking status, attendance, messages and payment records before deciding eligibility. Do not send card numbers, passwords or security codes.
Approved refunds and processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment route where supported. Skill Hub LMS can confirm when a refund has been initiated, but the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, card network and receiving bank. Currency conversion differences or bank charges outside Skill Hub LMS are controlled by those providers.
Disputes and exceptional circumstances
If you believe a refund decision is incorrect, contact Skill Hub LMS through the support channel with the relevant reference so the decision can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
