Information we collect
We collect account and profile details, teacher verification information, booking and attendance records, messages, support requests, learning activity, payment references, device and security information, and any files or media you choose to provide.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, publish approved teacher profiles, arrange learning, process bookings, maintain financial records, communicate service updates, support learners, investigate safety concerns, prevent misuse and improve platform reliability.
Who can access information
Access is limited according to role and purpose. Learners, linked parents, assigned teachers and authorized Skill Hub LMS staff see only the information needed for their relationship or responsibility. Service providers may process limited information when they support hosting, payments, email, video or security.
Teacher profiles
Approved teacher profiles may display a name, photograph, biography, subjects, qualifications summary, languages, experience, availability, reviews and published class options. Private contact details and verification documents are not included in public profiles.
Messages, media and recordings
Platform messages and safety reports may be retained for support and safeguarding. Recordings are not public by default and are available only to authorized participants or reviewers according to consent, access and retention controls.
Retention and account deletion
Information is kept only while needed for the purposes described above or for legal, financial, safety and dispute records. You may request account deletion; some records may be retained or anonymized where required to protect users or preserve lawful business records.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal information through the contact form. You can also manage profile information and communication settings available in your dashboard.
Security and international access
Skill Hub LMS uses role-based access, secure connections and activity records to protect information. Because users and service providers may be in different countries, information can be processed outside your country subject to appropriate operational and legal safeguards.
Children and linked parents
Child accounts should be created or supervised by an authorized parent or guardian where required. Linked parent access is designed to support oversight without requiring the learner to share a password.
