Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Teachers must be at least 18 and complete the required verification before their profiles can be published.
Teachers and learning services
Teachers provide their services independently through Skill Hub LMS. Profiles describe the subjects, class formats, prices and availability currently offered. Group courses are created and published by Skill Hub LMS and may enroll up to the stated capacity.
Bookings, prices and payments
A booking is confirmed only when the platform shows it as confirmed and any required payment is completed. Prices may be displayed in a selected local currency; transaction records, fees and teacher earnings are maintained in the platform base currency. Your checkout shows the payment method and final amount before confirmation.
Cancellations, refunds and attendance
Cancellation and refund eligibility follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Join on time, use the correct class link and contact support promptly if a confirmed class cannot proceed.
Conduct and safeguarding
Treat others respectfully, keep learning communication on Skill Hub LMS and do not request off-platform payments or unnecessary personal contact details. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe conduct, fraud and misuse of learner information are prohibited. Safety concerns may be reported for review.
Content and recordings
Do not upload material you do not have the right to use. Class resources and recordings are for authorized learning use only and must not be copied, published or shared outside the intended participants without permission.
Account restrictions
Skill Hub LMS may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, investigate a concern, prevent misuse or comply with legal obligations. Where appropriate, affected users will receive an explanation and a way to contact support.
